The guy who runs the front office, Larry, a purebred American, remembers everyone's name after about three visits.  The most typical order, because so many customers are regulars, is "The usual."

When I told Larry I wanted to photograph his sign he let me behind the counter and even moved some stuff out of the way for me, but he never once asked me why I wanted to.
